Real Estate begins with property but it doesn’t end there. My mission is to make what can be an arduous process as seamless and enjoyable as possible for my clients. I do this by educating my clients and walking them through the process step by step, answering the many questions that arise in a way that is detailed yet easy to understand. I pride myself on being honest and available under any circumstances. I will never hand you off to an assistant during any phase of the process to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks, as proper communication between client and broker is paramount.

My strengths are my knowledge of the market and my ability to negotiate confidently in my clients’ best interests. Coupled with a background in residential construction, I have the skill set required to represent my clients in the best possible way. After growing up on Seattle’s Eastside and living in the area for more than 30 years, I am well equipped to inform you about your potential neighborhood, school district, and commute to and from work.
