I recently purchased and sold a home. I interviewed 8 to 10 agents and I decided to work with Jesse at Aqua because of his impressive knowledge and track record. I am glad the end results are way above my expectations. He is a stellar marketer and smart negotiator. He understands the process, market, peoples approach, tactics during transaction and guides you extremely well to secure best deal. Jesse had reached out to me after hearing that I may be selling my home and provided a packet of very helpful information. A month or so later, he reached out to me again, this time providing me additional information that was extremely helpful. So when I did plan on putting my home on the market, I included him in the process of interviews with agents – ultimately selecting Jesse to represent me in the sale.
Jesse was working hard before even securing the contract and was extremely responsive, helpful and able to answer all questions I could think of. Jesse guided me through what to expect at each stage, made clear recommendations and exceeded my expectations. The Aqua team were always so quick to respond to any question or concern I had. They were very friendly and professional and provided very detailed information about every step of the process. They were willing to go above and beyond and was very patient in what was a very challenging selling situation for us. They even helped us put in extra time to help us look for a rental in the area. Aqua was awesome! So down to earth and easy to work with. They were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions (there were many!) and were very quick to respond.
They were initially hired to sell our house. The plan was to sell, save some money, and eventually find the perfect home – no rush. While waiting for our house to sell, my wife and I decided to check out some homes and unexpectedly fell in love with one. With our original plan now out the window, we were in the situation of having a contingent offer on a new house and trying to sell our current. It was all uncharted territory for my wife and me.
They were very accommodating – taking us to see houses, answering questions and giving advice, all while managing the sale of our current home. We have used several different real estate agents over the years to both buy and sell homes, and these guys were BY FAR one of the absolute best. From the very moment we first contacted him, he was professional, kind, and accommodating. No pressure and was very fast to respond. He and Ayako work seamlessly together, and always had our best interest as a priority.
