HOME OF SAMMAMISH MOST BELOVED PARK
The Pine Lake area is located on the southwestern side of the city of Sammamish. At the neighborhoods center, Pine Lake Park was originally a private resort which opened in the 1910s. The resort was purchased in 1932 and renamed French’s LaPine Resort but was more commonly known at Pine Lake Resort. The park is along the shores of Pine Lake and boosts beautiful views, as well as lots of amenities to swim, play, and explore.
Waterfront homes and a few view homes can be found along the lakeside. Issaquah schools district has recently rebuilt several area schools including Pine Lake Middle School and Sunny Hills Elementary. Pine Lake shopping center serves residents with retail, including QFC, Starbucks, and a few restaurants.
