- Initial Consultation: The listing broker meets with the homeowner to understand their needs and discuss the home sale.
- Walkthrough & Scope Discussion: We schedule a walkthrough with the project manager to assess the home and present options to maximize sale profits.
- Scope Finalization & Agreement: We provide a detailed quote and finalize the project scope. The homeowner signs a contract with no payment required until closing.
- Home Transformation: The home is renovated into a move-in ready property, with the project manager as the homeowner’s point of contact for updates and timelines.
- Listing the Home: Once renovations are complete, the home is listed for sale.
- Payment: Homeowners pay for services upon the sale of the home, termination of the listing agreement, or after 12 months, subject to program terms.
