Rose Hill
TWO SEPARATE NEIGHBORHOODS
North Rose Hill & South Rose Hill are separated into two neighborhoods by NE 85th/Redmond Way. East of I405 & just south of Totem Lake, these neighborhoods do not get all of the attention of some of the more notable neighborhoods in Kirkland. But they have some of the most visited locations. With easy access to the freeway and only a short drive to the tech capital of Redmond, it makes this place a desirable place to call home.
Lake Washington High School, Lake Washington Institute of Technology, and much of Kirklands retail can be found within the borders. Charming, little parks such as Woodlands Park, Forbes Lake, Mark Twain park give local residents places to wander. Kirkland staple Tech City Bowl and the Bridle Trails shopping center offer some exciting entertainment options. The neighborhood is also the entrance to access nearby Bridle Trails State Park.
